Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Driora, the AI-powered career intelligence tool at drioracareers.com (the "Service"), operated by Ergyn Pelinku ("Driora," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service in any way (including submitting the report form, joining the waitlist or simply browsing drioracareers.com), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old (the minimum age under GDPR for EU/EEA users) or at least 13 years old in the United States (the COPPA threshold). By using the Service you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement for your jurisdiction. If you are under the applicable minimum age, do not use the Service.
3. Description of Service
Driora is an AI-powered career intelligence tool. The Service currently provides:
- Resume analysis: We parse the text from your uploaded resume (PDF, DOCX or TXT) and use it to generate a personalized career intelligence report.
- AI-generated career reports: Reports include job-fit analysis, resume improvement suggestions, cover letter drafts and other career-related insights, generated using large language models.
- Waitlist: You can join a waitlist to receive product updates and early access to new features.
- Application Tracker (future feature): An optional Gmail integration that reads email metadata to help you track job application status.
We may add, modify or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance to users on the waitlist.
4. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
All output is AI-generated. Verify before you use it.
Driora's reports are produced by generative AI (Anthropic's Claude). AI models can generate confident-sounding but inaccurate or outdated information. You must review and verify all AI-generated content before using it on a real job application.
- Always verify facts, metrics and claims. Do not include numbers, accomplishments or company statements in your application materials without independently confirming they are accurate and truthful.
- You are responsible for your application materials. Submitting false or misleading information to an employer is your legal and ethical responsibility, not Driora's.
- Driora is not liable for outcomes. We are not liable for any consequence resulting from your use of AI-generated content, including rejected applications, rescinded offers or employment disputes.
5. Acceptable Use
By using the Service you agree not to:
- Submit other people's resumes without consent. You may only upload resume content that belongs to you or for which you have explicit authorization from the resume owner.
- Impersonate others. Do not use the Service to generate materials that misrepresent you as another real person or fabricate professional credentials.
- Automate bulk submissions. You may not use bots, scrapers or automated scripts to submit the report form in bulk or circumvent rate limits.
- Scrape the Service. You may not systematically extract data, content or AI outputs from the Service for any commercial purpose without written permission.
- Attempt to abuse or exploit the AI system. Do not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject or otherwise manipulate the AI to produce fraudulent credentials or deceptive content.
- Violate applicable law. Do not use the Service for any purpose that violates local, national or international law or regulation, including data protection laws.
- Upload malicious files. Do not upload files containing malware, viruses or code intended to harm the Service or other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules, without prior notice.
6. User Content
You own your resume
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or submit to the Service, including your resume text, name and other personal information. Driora claims no ownership over user-uploaded content.
License to process
By submitting content to the Service, you grant Driora a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process, store and use that content solely to provide the Service to you. This license is described in detail in the Privacy Policy. It is strictly limited to service delivery and expires when your data is purged under the retention schedule (24 hours for report data).
No AI training
We do not use your uploaded resume content or personal data to train or fine-tune any AI model. Anthropic's API terms also prohibit training on data submitted through their API.
7. Intellectual Property
Driora's property
The Driora name, logo, brand and all associated trademarks are the property of Ergyn Pelinku. Trademark applications may be pending. You may not use the Driora brand, name or logo in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without our prior written consent.
The source code, user interface design, algorithms, prompt engineering and all other original elements of the Service are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
AI-generated output
Reports and other AI-generated content delivered to you through the Service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use in your own job search. You may edit and incorporate them into your application materials. You may not resell, sublicense or commercially distribute AI-generated reports. Because similar inputs may yield similar outputs for different users, Driora does not guarantee the uniqueness of any AI-generated content.
8. No Employment Guarantee
Driora provides tools and information to support your job search. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee that:
- Use of the Service will result in job interviews, offers or employment of any kind.
- AI-generated resume suggestions, cover letters or reports will improve your application outcomes.
- Any company, role or position referenced in a report is still available or accurately described.
Career outcomes depend on many factors entirely outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
Service Provided "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Driora does not warrant that:
- AI-generated reports, resume suggestions or cover letters are accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose.
- The Service will be available at any particular time or from any particular location.
- Defects in the Service will be corrected.
- Results obtained from use of the Service will meet your expectations or requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DRIORA (ERGYN PELINKU) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME, LOST JOB OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF DRIORA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Because Driora is currently a free service, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Driora in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (currently $0 for a free service) or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Driora (Ergyn Pelinku) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the Service or any AI-generated output.
- Your submission of false, inaccurate or misleading information to an employer.
- Your upload or submission of content that infringes any third-party right or violates any law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Service. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
You may stop using the Service at any time. If you are on the waitlist and wish to be removed, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete My Data."
Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 survive any termination of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
If you are located in the EU or UK, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory local consumer protection or data protection laws. In particular, GDPR rights are governed by applicable EU or UK law regardless of this governing-law clause.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you are on the waitlist, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service.
