Data Requests

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data Driora holds about you. This page explains exactly how to exercise each right. All requests are handled by email with no automated systems getting in the way.

Response time: We respond to all data requests within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12(3). For CCPA requests, we respond within 45 days. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days and let you know if we need additional time.

How to Submit a Request

All data requests are handled by email. Send your request to [email protected] using the subject lines listed below. Include the email address you used when submitting the report form or joining the waitlist so we can locate your data.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling any request. For most requests, providing the email address you used with Driora is sufficient. If we cannot verify your identity, we may ask for one additional piece of confirmation.

Request Types

Access Your Data GDPR + CCPA

Request a full copy of all personal data Driora holds about you. We will send you a structured summary including what data we hold, where it is stored, how long it will be retained and which sub-processors have access to it.

  • Optional: any specific data categories you are interested in

Delete Your Data GDPR + CCPA

Request deletion of all personal data we hold about you. This includes removing your email from the waitlist, purging any cached report data and deleting any associated records in our database.

Note: most report data (resume, name, phone, LinkedIn URL) is automatically purged after 24 hours. If you submit this request within that window, we will expedite the deletion. IP addresses are automatically purged after 1 hour regardless.

Export Your Data (Data Portability) GDPR

Request a machine-readable copy of your personal data so you can transfer it to another service. We will provide your data in JSON format.

Correct Your Data GDPR + CCPA

Request correction of inaccurate personal data. For example, if your email address on the waitlist is incorrect, we can update it.

  • What data is incorrect and what the correct value should be

Opt Out of Marketing / Unsubscribe GDPR + CCPA

Withdraw your consent to receive marketing or waitlist emails. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also request removal by email.

  • The email address you want removed

Do Not Sell My Personal Information CCPA

Driora does not sell personal information and never has. If you would like formal confirmation of this, you can request it below.

Lodging a Complaint

If you are located in the EEA or the United Kingdom and you are not satisfied with our response to a data request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You do not need to contact us first, though we encourage you to do so so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue directly.

  • EU users: Contact your national data protection authority. A full list is available at edpb.europa.eu.
  • UK users: Contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
  • California users: Contact the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) at cppa.ca.gov.
